Read now Everything about my Rules, Dós and Dont´s

General

  • The Copyright of my Drawings and Characters are always at my Site.

  • I have rights so share,use and publish my works of your Commission on my Socials, if you do not want this , please let me know!

  • It is forbidden to use, trace, copy or reshare my work!

Progress & Revisions

  • The TAT will be Discussed Before i Start! Mostly when i am Open for Commissions i already will tell ya in a Post how long it will be!

  • I will send you the sketch or Multiples to choose , approve or correct , after that i will just fix colors and nothing on the Picture itself anymore due to me working on less Layers !

  • You can see the status of your Commission on my Trello !

Live 2D ToS

Live 2D Models are having all the rules above but with a few additions you can read about here now !

  • The Model can be rigged where you want! you dont have to get it done form me

  • Changes of the Model are accepted!

  • Pls i wanna know what my babies are doing, so feel free to link me to their Page so i can follow them!

  • Commercial uses HAVE to be clear in Before, you cant change your mind later on ! so be clear of that, that feature will change the Prices!

Payments & Refunds

  • Accepting Payment Via: PayPal and via Banking! i am From Germany, Pls keep that in mind!

  • The Payment will be in Euro ( € )

  • My Prices are fixed ! So exept when you get a Discount or an Coupon for one of my Works it is what it is!

  • You have to send the Payment after we discussed everything! mostly after 48 Hours!

  • For first Time Customers, Payment will be 100% Before i even start the sketch!

  • Payment Plans are just 50/50!

  • i Have the right to cancel and refund your Commission when i feel like we cant work together or when life dramaticaly happens at my site!

  • No Refunds after i started your work right after the sketching part!

Permissions & Copyright

  • You may Not claim my work or Designs as your own! (made by yourself)

  • You have to Discuss with me if you want to use my Work/ your Commission for Commercial use! (Commercial means making merch and so on out of my work or Design! the Prices will change !)

  • My works will always be with my Watermark! you may NOT remove it or ask to remove it !

  • Watermarks on Designs : You will get a Non Watermarked version but you may not post that

  • Reselling or Trading an Character i made have to be linked to me so i know where my work is gonna be! Pls tell your buyer/ trading partner to contact me !

  • When you wannt to change anything of the Design it has at least to look like the Design i made! ( you can fully change clothes etc but not Colors like Hair eyes and so on too much!)

  • Mention my Socials when you post the Commissions online for the first time !

  • You can get Characters rigged or animated where you want, you do not have to do it at my site if you dont want!
